The festive season has come and gone- and now onto the depressing wintery month of the new year! It's a new start, a new chance of an amazing fresh start! So I wanted to talk about new year resolutions, and if they really that meant that much? Personally to me they seem to give most people false hope of changing their life around from what it used to be, because if they really wanted to change their life that much they would of already tried to before the new year. But I guess it depends how much you mean by this new resolution- maybe it is the usual, predictable resolution of "Eat less rubbish." Or something to that effect! I wonder how many people have actually changed their normal eating habits? Or genuinely believes they could follow through on their new years resolutions?
So what was your new year resolution(s)?
How many people do you know (or think) have drastically changed their lives around because of a new years resolution?
Sorry for no updates over Christmas- between the normal Christmasy stress of buying food and presents, having the family visits. I was also revising for exams and helping out with some horses! Busiest month, I've had in a long time, so I apologise for no updates in ages! And the topic is slightly late: I just started eating loads of chocolate, and I thought about all those people who are meant to be "being good". And just really wondered how many people actually do stay on track!
Ellie,
Hope everyone has a good year ahead of them. :)
